Fermented Buttermilk Ranch Dressing with Olive Oil..No Seed Oils
We gotta say Goodbye to the Seed Oils. Let’s start with the Salad Dressings. In my house Ranch is king with my kids. I have converted to Olive Oil and Vinegar, but I’m the only one. LOL. I’ll admit, however, it is hard to find a better dip for raw veggies or chicken than Ranch. This healthy ranch dressing removes all guilt. It is fermented for the gut and made with olive oil instead of soy bean oil. Go with Sour Cream for the traditional taste. I use Plain Greek Yogurt for something a little different and a little extra Protein.
I like this recipe because you can make it in its own jar. Easy clean up! Dr. Gundry says, “the whole point of eating is to have Olive Oil.” This recipe checks that box!
