Sometimes I get tired of Alpha Refried Beans.  And, I realize not everyone likes refried beans.  Here is an alternative.  Hummus is great on its own, for a snack or in a Alpha Power Bowl.  This recipe is very simple.  I use the ingredients that I already have in the house.  I don’t have tahini on hand, so I have replaced it with Guacamole.  The olive oil and avacado give this a perfect amount of healthy fats.  This is a great Hummus Recipe or make your Alpha Power Bowl with Hummus.  

 The healthiest cultures around the globe consume large amounts of beans.  That is the first green flag.  Beans are high in Fiber and many other nutrients.  Green Flag 2.

Alpha Power Bowl with Hummus Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Chickpeas (Garbanzo
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Guacamole
  • 1/4 Cup Cold Water
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Salt 
  • 1tsp Pepper

Alpha Hummus Recipe

In a Blender Add:

  • Chickpeas
  • Guacamole
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Cumin
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Blend for a minute
  • Hummus will be thick and mostly blended
  • Add Cold Water until it is Smooth

  • It will be Fluffy and Silky

  • Seasonal Veggies
  • Egg
  • Crazy Good Fermented Hot Sauce
