Alpha Deviled Eggs Recipe with Chickpeas (Angel Eggs)
Alpha Deviled Eggs Recipe is a favorite in the Weber Household. The Macros are phenomenal the way we eat it. I top it with Shrimp. I keep it simple. The Instant Pot makes this a fast dish to make. You can hard boil eggs how ever you want. I love eggs. They have everything your need for life. All the Essential Amino Acids are in there. There’s good fat and cholesterol. I sneak Beans into it. You know why. They are healthy. You won’t know they are there. Bonus, you can over-fill the eggs. You won’t run out of yolks like you do without Chickpeas.
The healthiest cultures around the globe consume large amounts of beans. That is the first green flag. Beans are high in Fiber and many other nutrients. Green Flag 2. Hence, our Chickpea Yolk filling. You could skip the beans if you are in a cut-cycle.
I eat a lot of Mexican flavored dishes. So, this is a fun change. Finger foods changes things up. I still check all the boxes with Protein, Beans and Fats. I get the noodles into water and start the stir fry while it cooks. My noodles said to cook 7-9 minutes. I cooked them for 6 minutes. They finish cooking in the stir fry at the end.
