Best Supplements–In an ideal world we would get all of our nutrition from the food that we eat.  We would eat enough protein often enough to maintain Muscle Protein Synthesis.  But, the reality is that we are all busy.  We are chasing dreams, customers, kids, employees, etc…  Often, it is a success that we got a workout in.  

Some of us are up early, giving up lunch break or going in late just to get it done.  The workout is only half the equation.  We must feed the beast!  Bad nutrition can undo all the hard work.  Most of us are wanting to build muscle and lose fat.  But, no matter what the goal….We have to be efficient with our calories and still consume enough protein.
