Alpha Waffle Recipe is one of my faves. The Macros are phenomenal for this low Glycemic Index Food. I top it with Grilled Chicken and Sugar Free Syrup. We keep this recipe simple. Only down side…You do need a waffle iron. Mine is an el cheapo Belgian waffle maker from Walmart. It does the job. You could make pancakes or crepes if you don’t have a waffle iron. I make traditional waffles. You can use any flavor protein powder that you like. You can add fresh fruit to the batter if it’s your free day.
We love eggs. They have everything your need for life. All the Essential Amino Acids are in there. There’s good fat and cholesterol. I make a variation of this recipe to make a Keto Thick Crust Pizza. We are having fun with the Lion Diet!
I eat a lot of Mexican flavored dishes. So, this is a fun change. It’s a sneaky way to get all that protein.
