Alpha Power Bowl With Refried Beans Recipe

Alpha Power Bowl With Refried Beans Recipe

Alpha Power Bowl has become my favorite meal while following the Lion Diet.  I love cheese.  I love sour cream.  It doesn’t need any of that.  For lunch I usually make tacos.  I have a bowl for dinner.  I rotate meats between Taco Meat, Chicken, Pork, Steak, whatever.  Just wait, the yolks run down through it all and make it saucy and unctuous.

For my kids, I make the food that they like.  The leftover meat and veggies become my Alpha Power Bowl ingredients.  There are several benefits to that plan.  It eliminates waste.  I make them good food.

Bon Appetite!!

Now you can adjust your portion size to hit your goals.  I am a large man that does resistance training to grow muscle and gain strength.  Even though we don’t count calories on Lion Diet, here is the old school method.  I want to weigh 240.  Add a 0 and I get my calories target of 2400.  We do count Protein on the Lion Diet.  My protein goal is my weight in kilograms (109) X 1.6.  That is 175.  My Fiber goal is from my doctor.  He said 30g.

I do not weigh and measure food every meal.  I calculate what I need once and have that meal over and over again.  It is so easy that way.  If I get bored, I make it into tacos or change up the meat.  I don’t really get bored.  By the time I’ve fasted each day, I’m looking forward to ANY food.  lol.  Plus, I have my FREE DAY each week.
